A portrait of Lionel Messi created using the Trencadís technique. Trencadis is type of mosaic used in Catalan modernism, created from broken tile shards. It is the most characteristic art form forever combined with the city of Barcelona. So it came naturally to me to use the digital version of Trencadís to create this series of tributes to Lio Messi. Even if I am a Real Madrid fan, I can’t help it to admire what Lio Messi and his team mates have achieved the last 10 years.
