José Saccone an illustrator, painter and woodcutter from Argentina, seems to have been fascinated by Xylography something that is visible in his work, not only in his Xylographies but also in his big paintings with those simple yet powerful bold lines. José’s work caught my attention once I laid eyes on his portraits with the big eyes revealing a pure sincerity of the illustrated face. Whenever he uses colors, he makes sure to have them bright and bold. His very impressive work has not passed unnoticed since it has been showcased in many exhibitions since 2007 up today.
