I was fascinated by those awesome series of limited edition posters for the “Hitchcock Film Series” at the Moxie Cinema in Springfield. Illustrated by Daniel Zender. who chose to make images that would both resonate with hardcore fans of the four movies, as well as generate attention to a younger audience, who may not be familiar with Hitchcock’s films.
Daniel Zender is an illustrator, designer, and printmaker living and working in Springfield. His illustration work has been published by a number of magazines and books, including work in Communication Arts, HOW, CMYK, and GoFish, and his poster work has been exhibited in international juried shows in Russia, Mexico, UK, France, Iran, and Chicago.
